About the
Role:
The Pattern Puller plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by efficiently pulling and placing patterns in their appropriate place. This position requires precision and attention to detail to avoid damaging the patterns or misplacing them. The Pattern Puller collaborates closely with poly cutters to maintain smooth workflow and uphold safety standards. This role demands profiency in numerical and color organization. Ultimately, the Pattern Puller contributes to the flow of production by accurately performing their position. This position may also cross train in paperwork and poly cutting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. Physical ability to lift and handle patterns and materials safely. Basic understanding filing systems. Attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Carefully pull patterns as instructed and place them back efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Cross train in paperwork duties as needed

Thursday:
6am-330pm Friday 6am-10am as needed
