Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will work in the assembly department assembling dental instruments by applying adhesive to handles and attaching instrument points to the handles. This position requires precision, consistency, and a strong attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble dental instruments according to company standards and specifications. Apply adhesive to instrument handles. Attach instrument points to handles with accuracy and care. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Follow safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Ability to sit for the entire shift (100% seated position). Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
