Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour + based on experience Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and good with your hands? We're looking for Application Technicians to join our production team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Mask and prepare aerospace parts for processing and painting Apply tape, paper, plugs, and liquid masking Read and follow work orders, drawings, and instructions Unmask and prepare completed parts Handle customer parts carefully and maintain high quality standards Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment

Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Dependable and ready to work Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions Previous masking, manufacturing, or blueprint experience is a plus — but not required!
