Byron Center, MI Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Laser Operator to start

IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities Operate and monitor laser cutting equipment Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions precisely Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures for measurements Record production and scrap data in the ERP system Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot production issues and communicate effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Qualifications 1-3 years of Laser Operator experience preferred Strong blueprint and technical drawing skills Experience with precision measuring tools Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude Dependable attendance and team-oriented attitude High school diploma or GED required Skills CNC machine operation and troubleshooting Brake press operation (additional skill) Knowledge of laser cutting and blueprint reading Familiarity with ERP systems like Plex Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
