This is a Team driven fast paced position that handles the process of 5 components: Robot Polishing, Shot Blasting, Manual Filing, Inspection, and Packing. Attention to detail is crucial as you will inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is following safety protocols and guidelines. To be successful in this role, previous experience in a similar position is preferred. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude are important, as well as familiarity with robotics.

Experience:

• Previous experience in Robotics is a MUST
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret programming prints
• Quality/Inspection
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours on a rotating basis between components
• Strong mathematical skills
• 2nd shift position. Must be able to train on day shift 7am-3pm for 30 days and then transition to 2nd shift 3pm-11pm If you are detail-oriented, have experience with mechanical tasks, self motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Finishing Technician.

• Responsibilities Operate and maintain hand and power tools to ensure efficient production processes.

Assemble components on the robotic line while adhering to quality standards. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in the factory. Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements.
