• Job Description
• We are seeking a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a CAD Operator. This role involves creating computer-generated tooling for cutting boxes. While no prior CAD experience is required, on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, good with numbers, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities
• + Support the CAD team in creating tooling for cutting boxes. + Perform data entry and manage customer service orders. + Process orders, manage queues, and ensure order fulfillment. + Navigate CAD menus, leveraging gaming experience if applicable. + Read blueprints and adapt to changes swiftly.
• Essential Skills
• + High level of computer literacy and tech savviness. + Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + High School Diploma. + 6 months of professional experience. + Experience from a manufacturing company is preferred. + Quick learning ability and strong initiative. + Previous gaming experience is beneficial.

• Work Environment
• This is a small, family-owned company with a clean production floor located behind the office. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, requiring candidates to be comfortable working on-site and occasionally walking onto the production floor.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
