This is a full-time opportunity and will require a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. Ideal candidates will have embroidery/sewing experience or experience working in a production line, but this is not required.

Responsibilities:

The Embroidery Customization Specialist is responsible for garment personalization, simple embroidery setup, sample sewing, and production support within the embroidery department. This role focuses on accurate customization setup using Wilcom software while assisting with embroidery corrections, production preparation, and departmental workflow support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:
