Create sales orders, pull correct parts, and process customer payments. Intake repair and service equipment and communicate customer concerns to service staff. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Assemble and prepare new zero-turn mowers, snowblowers, weed whips, chainsaws, and snowplows. Assist with inventory corrections and maintain accurate inventory records. Communicate customer needs, concerns, and messages with team members. Attend weekly company meetings and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work with hand and power tools to assemble equipment. Basic computer skills for creating sales orders and processing payments. Ability to lift and move equipment and parts as needed. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. About Express Employment
