This role involves inspecting, trimming, finishing, assembling, and packaging blow-molded products to ensure they meet quality standards and production requirements. The position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Duties Inspect blow-molded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, discoloration, or deformities Trim excess plastic, clean, and finish parts using hand tools, or trimming equipment Perform secondary assembly tasks (installing caps, inserts, labels, or fittings as required) Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Package finished products according to work orders and shipping requirements Maintain a clean and organized workstation following safety standards Report defective products, machine issues, or quality concerns to supervisors Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous blow molding experience is a plus Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (typically up to 50 lbs) Skills Required Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to follow instructions and production guidelines Teamwork and communication skills Reliability and good attendance Join us as a Bench Operator and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your professional expertise.
