KM Tactical is a primarily online retailer of AR-15, Glock and Sig Sauer firearm parts (we are not an FFL) located in Lee's Summit, Mo. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Cerakote Applicator. They would be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness of work space and tools. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of firearm parts is preferred.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Picking merchandise required to fulfill customer orders Thoroughly inspecting picked merchandise for damage or other problems Completing orders in a timely manor Manage intake of Cerakote projects Maintain/ Manage Cerakote product on hand What you'll need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Previous experience in Cerakote and firearms customization. Laser engraving knowledge is preferred but not necessary Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds.
