Gelbsteins Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cake & Cookie Decorator to join our commercial bakery team in Lakewood, NJ.We are looking for a professional decorator with a strong eye for detail who can work quickly, neatly, and consistently in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Professional cake decorating and finishingRoyal icing cookie decoratingButtercream piping and detailed piping workAbility to accurately duplicate designs and samplesStrong sense of color, proportion, and presentationAbility to produce consistent work in quantityWork efficiently while maintaining a high level of qualityKeep a clean and organized workstation

Requirements:

Previous professional bakery decorating experience requiredCommercial or high-volume bakery experience strongly preferredMust be fast, precise, creative, and detail-orientedMust be able to work well independently and as part of a production teamWe are looking for an experienced professional decorator with a portfolio or photos of previous work.
