Laser Engraving Specialist - Engraved Gifts & Order Packing We are looking for an energetic craftswoman or craftsman! The Laser Engraving Specialist is responsible for producing high quality, custom engraving for personalized items including wine glasses, barware, coasters and more AND carefully packing those gifts in boxes for delivery to the customer. While it sounds simple, you do have to have an eye for detail to make sure each engraving looks perfect and matches the customer's request while working at a fast pace, always moving environment. You do not need to have experience with laser engraving. We will provide the needed training to use the engraving software and engraving machines. You must be able to work efficiently on a computer and accurately follow detailed, written instructions. In addition to engraving customers' orders, you will also be responsible for related engraving tasks such as packing orders, moving inventory boxes in the warehouse, processing return shipments, box tear downs, taking out trash, etc. Currently, we expect this position to be part-time and work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm. This position will require you to be able to lift 35 pounds and stand and moving around for 75% of the time. Our parent company, Delta Ecommerce Group owns and operates several Amazon private label brands including SBJ Supply, Modvera Drinkware, Bobcat Lighting and Modvera Lighting. Our engraving studio (office / warehouse) is located in Lewis Center, Ohio. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Use fulfillment software to que orders to be engraved Use engraving software to setup artwork and text to be engraved Verify design and engraving file for accuracy Open boxes and prepare products for engraving Operate engraving machines to laser engrave glassware, tumblers, coasters, etc, etc Ensure finished engraving meets our quality requirements Complete order by packing and shipping order Box and ship large orders for other engravers Troubleshoot any engraving or design issues Assisting customer support team with engraving and product questions. Perform required machine maintenance and cleaning Monitoring inventory levels and restocking inventory in warehouse Move boxes, pallets and inventory using pallet jack Tear down boxes and remove trash daily

Your Typical Day:

We start our day at 8am and the first thing we do is review orders for the day. The operations manager will have all the orders queued up and ready to engrave. Then you startup your engraving machine, open the engraving and shipping software, confirm the design and specifications are correct, get a wine glass, and start engraving. While it is engraving, you will pack any previous orders. When the engraving is done, you double check the quality to make sure the customer will love your engraving and give it five stars! Then you move on to the next order. Throughout the day, you will work with the team to troubleshoot any engraving issues, design questions or production questions. You will also assist with order packing for other engravers or earlier orders or moving 15 lb to 35 lb boxes of blank glassware to the engraving room. You'll typically engrave about 80 to 150 glasses per day, which is about 3 mins per glass. At the end of the day, you will break down boxes, process return shipments, restock inventory, and take out trash. Pay /

Compensation:

Hourly compensation. Currently, we are seeking part-time of 24 hours per week. Full-time is 30+ hours per week. Full-time employees will have 12 paid time off days accrued based on hours worked and 7 paid holidays. At this time, we do not have health or dental benefits or 401k. Our office / warehouse is located at 8875 Whitney Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035, and this position will require you to be in the office. Our typical hours are 8am to 4:30pm with 30 min lunch, but we are flexible.

$16.50 per hour
