You will use an optical comparator to check each part, make adjustments, and verify that each piece meets the specification requirements. We will provide training on the equipment and straightening process. Previous manufacturing experience is not required. Duties Inspect medical drill blanks using an optical comparator. Straighten parts using physical adjustments. Re-check parts after any adjustment to confirm they meet specification requirements. Follow written work instructions and safety policies. Notify a supervisor when a piece cannot be brought within specification or if the equipment is not functionng properly. Requirements Strong attention to detail and patience with repetitive, precision work. Good hand coordination and the ability to continuously handle small parts. Ability to follow written instructions and learn straightening techniques. Experience with an optical comparator or manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 45.0 per week
