Use various punches for holes and corner customizing. Responsible for following dates work scheduled to produce all offered products in an accurate and timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Uses plastic and metal shears for custom cutting. Beveling plastic using beveling machine. Uses various punchers for holes, corners on custom cut material. Use saw for cutting acrylic to customer size. Uses radial arm saw for cutting columns. Assist others in department as needed. Responsible for working in several areas of the Fabrication department as listed in equipment used below Other duties as assigned Job duties or responsibilities may change at any time, with or without notice. Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy a must. Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to work in a goal-oriented team environment. Ability to work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy & service-related performance standards. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Must be able to work well with others. Service orientated with demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Continual lifting, grasping, and using force with hands. Must be able to use force with leg to operate the cutting machine. Must be able to lift 36-40lbs occasionally. Must be able to continually lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to move from stationary position to bending, lifting, squatting and reaching positions on a continual basis. Must be able to twist and turn on a continual basis. May be noisy at times.
