Type:

full-time Join a leading robotics company developing humanoid robots. As a Robot Operator , you will use virtual reality ( VR ) technology and advanced control systems to operate humanoid robots, collect critical training data, and support the development of next-generation automation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork are essential. Operators play a key role in generating the data that enables robots to learn, improve, and perform real-world tasks. Operate humanoid robots using VR headsets, motion-tracking systems, and camera-based sensory inputs. Stage scenes in which the robot will operate. Accurately document observations, issues, and test results. Follow established troubleshooting procedures and provide feedback to improve documentation and processes. Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly operational goals. Observe active robot operations and help maintain a safe working environment. Required Skills & Experience Experience with VR gaming, simulation platforms, or other immersive technologies through personal or professional use. Strong hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift. Full range of motion, as robot movements are mirrored from operator actions. Comfortable wearing a VR headset for extended periods . Comfortable with voice and motion data being recorded. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes and technology are continuously evolving. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Personal transportation and ability to consistently work a 40-hour schedule. Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to following established procedures. Interest in robotics, gaming, simulation systems, or emerging technologies. Excitement about contributing to the development of humanoid robots.

Compensation:

$16/hr to $17/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
