MID-SHIFT:
12:30pm - 9:00pm PM Full-time shop employee to run our laser equipment and etching machines.SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Work with others in the manufacturing department to assure transactional accuracy. 2. The boards must be aligned properly on the table, so the pieces are cut out properly. Each cutter is held accountable for the quality of the pieces that they produce. 3. Check each piece for quality before placing it in the bins to go to shipping. 4. Periodically wash your hands throughout your shift to eliminate the buildup of debris that can scratch the acrylic. 5. Make sure that each bin of cut material has your assigned color card placed in it before you put it on the racks to go to shipping. 6. Maintain a clean workstation. Cutters will also be assigned to other areas of the shop to keep clean. 7. Complete daily production sheet to keep track of production for the day. This sheet must be signed by the supervisor at the end of each shift. 8. Additional duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a fast-paced production-minded worker that can maintain a high quality of work at all times while being able to meet production goals.
- Ability to work well with others and also be able to work independently.
- Must be able to safely lift 50lbs.
- Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- A mechanically inclined person that knows how to use basic hand tools
- Must be punctual and dependable.

Paid Time Off:
1 week vacation ~ 1 week sick.- YMCA Employee Discount Program $1,000 signing bonus: In order for an employee to be eligible for the signing bonus, the employee must have averaged 38 regular hours per week for those 1,040 hours worked.
