Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production output. Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products while maintaining production flow. Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure parts are manufactured to exact specifications. Perform routine machine adjustments and basic maintenance to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime. Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product accuracy. Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate maintenance concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, machine performance, and completed work orders. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred. Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately. Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime, as needed.
