SCRUSHER
Boot and Shoe Cleaners. Our work involves welding, laser cutting, forming and bending, assembly, and powder coating. This is a full time position in Coon Valley, WI, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST. Responsibilities Apply powder coatings evenly to achieve the desired high-quality finish. Accurately read sales orders. Select, prepare, and load the appropriate powder according to color specifications. Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols. Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area. Perform daily upkeep, and other maintenance as needed. Assist with assembling components for
SCRUSHER
Boot and Shoe Cleaners, commercial buildings, homes, construction equipment, and agricultural equipment as needed. Perform manual labor with strong manual dexterity. Lift up to 40 lbs. overhead. Work well within a small team of dedicated co-workers. Communicate corrections and improvements effectively with the team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Perform other company functions as needed. Training will be provided. Skills Experience with powder coating processes and procedures is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Proficient in maintaining equipment; Able to troubleshoot equipment issues and performing routine maintenance. Strong work ethic, attendance, and punctuality. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Experience delivering to places of business is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Previous powder coating experience is a plus. Proven experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Strong math skills, including measurement calculations. Valid drivers license is preferred.
