Job Description

Milling Operator Our client, manufacturing industry, is seeking a Milling Operator to join their team in Neenah, WI. As a Milling Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedicated work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st Shift, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm What's the Job? Operate milling and woodworking machines to produce quality components Oversee and help create an efficient production schedule to maximize output Read and interpret technical drawings, reports, and work instructions Ensure compliance with quality standards and measure components as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years' experience working with manufacturing equipment High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred Ability to operate a computer and use small hand tools and measuring devices Knowledge of machining tools, their geometry, and application Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures What's in it for me?
