Shift:
First Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What You'll Do As an Inserting Team Member, you'll operate Haeger inserting equipment to install hardware into fabricated metal components while ensuring every part meets our high standards for quality and production. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Responsible for inserting a variety of different hardware into steel fabricated parts using Haeger inserting equipment. Must be able to read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions on drawings. Responsible for verifying parts to print requirements and verifying other operators' work.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience and Training:
Must be able to operate a variety of basic hand and power tools. Must be able to read and understand basic work order information, mechanical drawings and work instructions Ability to calculate dimensions and measurements. Ability to interpret a variety of basic instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Physical and Mental Demands Regularly required to operate PEM inserting machinery, measure dimensions Must be able to read and follow written instructions, read blueprints Specific abilities include close vision and math Why Join MPE?
