Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for fiberglass coating application by cleaning and sanding as needed. Mix resins and hardeners according to specifications to ensure proper application consistency. Apply fiberglass coatings to components using either brush or spray techniques to achieve desired thickness and finish. Monitor the curing process and environmental conditions to ensure optimal coating quality. Perform quality control inspections on finished products to identify any defects or areas for improvement. Maintain equipment and tools used in the coating process to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
