You can learn more at www.powill.com. Powill Manufacturing and Engineering has an immediate opening for an experienced Deburr Technician/ Hand Finisher in our Aerospace CNC machine shop. You need to be detailed oriented, highly organized, creative, flexible and a great team player. All Aerospace Deburr, Hand Finishers with a minimum of two years' experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Deburring, cleaning and removing sharp edges and chamfering parts by using manual / automatic power tools and hand tools. Polishing metal components to provide a quality finish that surpasses our customers' expectations. Work close with machinists and the QC department to improve part quality. Uses problem solving skills in trying new techniques to deburr/clean/polish otherwise inaccessible areas. Self-inspect work and strive for consistent quality within same-part work orders and between similar parts and materials. Good vision and good hand-eye coordination is important in this function. Maintain clean working environment. Identify and notify our Quality team of potential defects or non-conforming material. May occasionally perform special projects; Perform other duties as assigned.
