In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of tile surfaces across various commercial and residential spaces. We also specialize in Saltillo Tile cleaning and restoration. Your expertise in floor care, chemical handling, and cleaning equipment will ensure that every surface shines and meets our high standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough tile cleaning using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to remove dirt, stains, and grime. Conduct floor scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and refinishing to restore the surface's appearance and durability. Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols for mixing, application, and disposal. Operate various cleaning tools such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and steam cleaners with precision. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving equipment or furniture during cleaning projects. Maintain detailed records of cleaning procedures performed and materials used for quality assurance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service visits. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning, with a focus on floor care preferred. Knowledge of floor cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and environmental safety standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday in various environments.
