Key Responsibilities Fabricate custom countertops, vanities, and other residential stone elements with precision Cut, polish, and finish marble, granite, quartz, and other natural or engineered stones Interpret blueprints, templates, and measurements accurately Operate fabrication equipment including waterjetting,bridge saws, routers, and polishers Maintain a clean and safe workspace while using personal protective equipment Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and fit Conduct quality inspections and make adjustments to meet customer specifications Safely load and transport stone materials when necessary Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience as a stone fabricator, preferably in residential construction Proven ability to work with marble, granite, quartz, and engineered stone Strong technical understanding of cutting, shaping, and polishing stone materials Keen eye for detail and quality workmanship Ability to read and interpret project drawings and templates Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day Reliable, professional, and committed to craftsmanship Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $35+/hour DOE Bi-weekly pay cycle Overtime potential Safety equipment provided (helmets, gloves, etc.) Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick days) Mentor-based training and growth opportunities Company-sponsored events including BBQs, holiday parties, and annual outings Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday Occasional overtime as needed Work Location Coastal Orange County, CA Equal Opportunity Statement
