- 1:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Operator to prepare and apply paint coatings to frames, stems, centers, and other production parts.
The ideal candidate will have experience using spray guns, spray pumps, and two-component paints and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow daily painting instructions provided by the supervisor based on the production schedule. Load parts onto racks and cleaning equipment. Prepare parts and apply paint according to established specifications and procedures. Operate hand spray guns, spray pumps, and related painting equipment. Use two-component paints and follow proper mixing and application procedures. Inspect painted parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Work closely with Quality Control Inspectors to identify and address paint defects. Maintain a consistent production pace and complete assigned work on schedule. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Experience using hand spray guns and spray pumps. Experience working with two-component paints preferred. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions. Basic reading, writing
