Job Description

Job Duties Assist with powder coating chimney parts and related components. Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, masking, hanging, and inspecting them. Learn proper powder coating spray techniques and equipment operation. Load and unload parts and racks. Inspect finished parts for proper coverage and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and instructions. Assist other production team members as needed. Basic Requirements No previous powder coating experience required — training will be provided. Reliable and punctual. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Able to work in a production/industrial environment. Able to stand for extended periods. Able to lift, move, and handle racks weighing approximately 30 lbs. Good attention to detail. Able to work as part of a team. Must be willing to wear required safety equipment and follow workplace safety procedures. Preferred, But Not Required Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. Experience with painting, auto body, metal work, or other hands-on work. Familiarity with hand tools or production equipment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
