Full Job Description Millwork Finisher Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares products for finishing by sanding surfaces and quality-checking for cracks or holes Applies a variety of finishes to achieve high-end finished products Sprays stain and finish, and mixes custom colors Handles multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency Performs touch-up repairs as necessary

Job Requirements:

2 years of related experience Experience with sanding and painting using lacquer, urethane, and polyester finishes Experience painting in a spray booth Ability to mix stains, dyes, and pigments to create custom colors Ability to color match Self-motivated and demonstrates an ability to meet deadlines and perform work with minimal supervision.
