Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and other equipment safely to handle stone materials efficiently Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, polish, and finish stone surfaces according to blueprint specifications Follow detailed blueprints and measurements to ensure accurate dimensional cuts and assembly of stone components Handle materials with care, ensuring proper lifting techniques and adherence to safety protocols during heavy lifting and transportation Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including warehouse areas, to promote safety and efficiency Apply finishing techniques such as polishing and sealing to achieve high-quality surface results Follow all safety standards including PPE use (respiratory protection, eye protection, gloves), safety regulations in manufacturing, and proper materials handling procedures Skills Proficiency with forklift operation and heavy equipment handling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong mechanical knowledge related to fabrication equipment, machining, and millwork processes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other fabrication instruments with precision Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including PPE adherence and respiratory protection protocols Experience with dimensional measurements, following blueprint specifications accurately for stone cutting and assembly Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for precise fabrication tasks Familiarity with stone finishing techniques such as polishing, sealing, and surface treatment Construction experience or background in manufacturing environments is highly desirable Capable of heavy lifting, materials handling, and operating machinery safely within safety regulations Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials storage and logistics processes Join us in creating exceptional stone products while working in a vibrant environment that emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, and professional growth.
