Job Summary We are hiring Polishers to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on polishing, finishing, and preparing precision stainless steel components to meet customer and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of polishing, metal finishing, deburring, grinding, fabrication, machining, or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. • 28/hr DOE Responsibilities Polish and finish stainless steel components to customer specifications Deburr, grind, sand, and blend metal surfaces Use hand and power tools, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Read and follow work instructions and production drawings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications 1+ year of polishing, metal finishing, fabrication, machining, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed High School Diploma or GED preferred Why Join Us?
