BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a long-term, motivated worker to work in production with Robotic Welders.

JOB DUTIES AND TASKS 1

) Operate and work with welding robots, oversee the welding process and make sure process goes according to the production schedule. 2) Recognize and correct any faults in the process. 3) Quality control of the parts manufactured. 4) Welding and preparing parts for shipment. 5) Use band saw and automatic shear to cut metal parts. 6) Install and repair equipment. 7) Press Brake. 8) Plasma / Laser Cutting. SKILLS We will train you on how to operate the machinery, but we expect you to be able to focus on the details and oversee quality control even on repetitive work. The employee needs to be reliable, responsive, organized and precise hard worker who can focus on details, work independently and take pride in his/her work. Precision and highest standards are required.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Basic technical manufacturing knowledge Some experience on welding and using power tools Experience in production, automation and programming is an advantage.
