JOB DUTIES

Read and follow blueprints, job travelers, and customer specifications Apply masking materials, coatings, and adhesives to metal parts Work with tape, lacquers, acetone, blades, and other masking tools Assemble, disassemble, and prep parts as required Ensure coatings and masking are applied evenly and accurately Perform rework on parts that do not pass inspection Follow all safety and quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Manufacturing, metal finishing, masking, or similar experience preferred Ability to read blueprints High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Professional communication and dependable attendance Must pass a clear background check Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug test Ideal candidates: Detail-oriented individuals with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working with small parts, masking materials, hand tools, and detailed production instructions.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
