Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Composite Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, repairing, and finishing composite materials and components while following quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare, cut, and lay up composite materials according to specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely Perform trimming, sanding, grinding, and finishing of composite parts Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with standards Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Maintain clean and organized work areas Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors Qualifications Previous manufacturing or composite experience preferred Ability to read measurements and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong teamwork and communication skills Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing environment Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and industrial equipment PPE required in designated work areas
