Powder coated parts may include rings, curtain rods, brackets, and other items. The employee will help pre-treat parts, load parts on racks, manually spray parts, operate an industrial oven, perform quality control, and clean and maintain racking. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge retention, communication, and pride in work lead to success. The employee will be trained by our Operations Manager and powder coating team. The employee will be on their feet in an open-air industrial environment. Shift is M-F, 7am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch. We are a small company. Most employees are cross-trained and expected to contribute across multiple functions.
