Grind, deburr, and smooth aluminum parts to meet quality and dimensional specifications Operate hand grinders, bench grinders, sanders, and finishing tools safely and efficiently Inspect parts for defects, sharp edges, and surface inconsistencies Read and follow work orders, fabrication drawings, and supervisor instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards Work collaboratively with welders, fabricators, and quality control teams Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00

PM Skills:

Experience in aluminum fabrication or manufacturing Familiarity with blueprint reading or basic measurement tools Knowledge of surface finishing standards for aluminum Experience with sanding, polishing, or buffing aluminum components

No Degree Required Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
