Operate spray finishing equipment and utilize hand-finishing techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. Perform multi-step finishing processes, including staining, glazing, wear sanding, shading, and brushstroke techniques. Mix stains, glazes, toners, and other finishing materials according to established specifications. Inspect finished products for color consistency, finish quality, and overall appearance. Make color and finish adjustments as necessary to meet product specifications. Maintain production schedules while consistently meeting quality standards. Clean, maintain, and properly operate finishing equipment and work areas. Follow all company safety procedures and environmental guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous wood finishing or spray finishing experience preferred. Knowledge of multi-step finishing processes and finishing materials. Ability to accurately identify and adjust color variations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical demands of the position.
