Position Overview As a Paint Shop Technician on our 2nd shift team, you will prepare and finish job-related materials to meet Renewal by Andersen's high standards for quality and craftsmanship. You will handle tasks such as sanding, cutting, staining, and painting while maintaining an efficient and organized workflow. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to consistently deliver finished materials that meet homeowner expectations.
