Job Description

Job Overview Responsible for all metal finishing processes and ensuring that all required processes are completed to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards. Duties Deburring, grinding, flatten, time-save, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical cases and trays. Inspect products to blueprint specifications. Perform visual inspections for burrs. Utilizes and completes documentation/paperwork as required. Understand and follow policy and procedures. Ensure general maintenance and upkeep of equipment. Comply with ISO policies and procedures. Troubleshoot problems associated with equipment, tooling, and processes. Assemble work instruments. Overtime on an as needed basis. Assist supervisor as needed. Assist in other departments as needed. Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Work Environment Work performed in a production environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (for Maintenance & Receiving only). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, in some areas. Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend lift and twist up to 45-50 lbs.
