$19.53/hr. Job Summary Performs finishing techniques such as buffing polishing grinding deburring and etching on machine products. Achieve proper size finish and quality following drawings and quality specifications. Performs routine visual inspection and also uses basic measuring equipment. General Profile Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Functional Knowledge Has developed skills to perform day-to-day activities. Business Expertise Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others. Leadership Has no supervisory responsibilities. Problem Solving Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.

Impact Impacts the quality of own work. Interpersonal Skills Uses communication skills to exchange of information. Typical Education HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum Required Experience Ability to read measuring instruments such as micrometers calipers scales and indicators and blueprints 2 - 4 years Load unload surgical instruments in a laser marking machining center. Use of measurement equipment such optical comparator and video measurement equipment Detailed attention to detect defects and non-conformances Organized worker to keep good documentation and a clean work environment 0-2 years of experience Strong English reading and writing comprehension 50% of shift is standing Lifting requirements ~25lbs, not often, maybe a couple times a day, mainly 10lbs or less Training will occur on 2nd shift #TB_ PH #TB_HC #ZRHC Why TalentBurst?
