Our manufacturing teams are the backbone of our operations, producing custom cabinetry and countertops with precision and care. The Stone Department is currently in need for a Project Manager. This position ensures a smooth handoff from sales to fabrication by managing project details, schedules, and material coordination. This office-based role involves close collaboration with the sales team and shop personnel to keep production accurate and on track. Key Responsibilities Review job orders, templates, and customer specs to prepare work orders and cut sheets Coordinate material needs with purchasing and track slab usage Maintain production schedules and timelines Serve as liaison between sales, production, and installation teams Monitor project documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify and help implement process improvements Skills & Qualifications Experience in stone fabrication or a related industry preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or Moraware experience a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple jobs and timelines
