Powder Coater Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $15.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Set up and operation of powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent application of coatings. Hang parts on line and take parts off and pack parts Inspect finished products with visual checks and precision measuring instrument checks for quality assurance, ensuring coatings are defect-free. Participate in job rotation in a variety of areas based on production needs. Everyone participates in job rotation as needed. Performance reviews after 30 and 90 days with room for growth.

Powder Coater Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in hot environment Must have excellent attendance Previous manufacturing experience a plus Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
