  • Grand Rapids, MI
  • Work Hours:
  • Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM
  • Hourly Rate:
  • $19.00

  • Responsibilities:
  • + Prepare products by removing grease and dirt + Select and mix paint to customer specifications + Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment + Adjust valves and nozzles for precise paint application + Clean equipment and brushes using solvents + Inspect materials for defects and report issues to supervisor + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Follow all safety regulations and perform preventative maintenance + Complete additional tasks as assigned •
Qualifications:
  • + High school diploma or
GED + 1-2
years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment + Working knowledge of English; able to communicate and follow verbal/written instructions + Ability to read/interpret drawings, use basic math, and measure with handheld tools + Experience with basic machine set-ups + Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Physical Requirements:
  • + Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently + Stand for entire shift + Work in environments with dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise + Willingness to work in various production areas as needed
