This is a hands-on production role. You will prep wood, apply finish, and help parts move through the finish area so they look clean and even. Careful work and a good eye matter. What you will do Sand, wipe, and prep wood parts before finish Apply stain, sealer, and topcoat by spray or hand as directed Watch for runs, blotches, missed spots, and uneven color Hang, move, and handle parts without damaging the finish Keep spray equipment, booths, and work areas clean Follow safety rules, including PPE and finish-room procedures Work with the production team to keep jobs moving What we need Wood finishing or spray-finishing experience preferred Exceptional attendance and on-time arrival Good attitude and willingness to work with others Steady hands and attention to detail Ability to stand, lift parts, and work in a finish area for a full shift Ability to follow work orders and quality standards Nice to have Experience with stains, sealers, and clear coats Spray gun experience Furniture or millwork finishing experience Ability to match color and touch up finished parts People who show up, take pride in a clean finish, and treat the team well do well in this role.
