Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays About the Position We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Letter Fabricator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in craftsmanship. The Letter Fabricator works with a variety of materials, tools, and equipment to produce high-quality letters, signs, and sign components. Experience in fabrication or related technical work is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Cut, shear, bend, and shape metal and other materials. Form letter sides, returns, and edging. Rivet, assemble, and prepare sign components for finishing and painting. Assist with the assembly of electrical components. Operate and maintain fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company policies, procedures, and all applicable safety requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to meet quality and production goals. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may be modified or expanded as business needs require. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED. Previous fabrication, manufacturing, metalworking, sign-making, or related technical experience Ability to learn and follow company policies and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Physical Requirements Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to perform precise fabrication work. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work with materials and equipment for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
