What You Will Do:
The Product Inspector/Finisher is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing manufactured plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role is critical in ensuring only high-quality products are shipped to customers Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect molded products for defects and ensure quality standards are met Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using hand and power tools Assemble and add accessory components as required Perform final inspection and testing of completed products Package and label products for shipment Identify, document, and report defective products; perform rework as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Read and follow product specifications and work instructions Assist team members and rotate workstations as needed What We re
Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Ability to use tools, machinery, and basic computer systems Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with power tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must Ability to work in a team environment and maintain reliable attendance Manufacturing experience a plus!
