5-day schedule) Benefits of the manufacturing finisher: Temp-to-hire placement with strong potential for permanent full-time employment Full hands-on paid training provided—no prior manufacturing experience required Consistent 4.5-day work week with early Friday finishes Positive, team-oriented work environment with room for career advancement Opportunity to build fundamental hands-on manufacturing skills Duties of the manufacturing finisher: Perform finishing and secondary operations on components made of rubber, graphite, plastics, and adhesives Remove slugs, webbing, flash, and excess material from custom manufactured parts Inspect finished parts for quality, follow precision measurements, and package goods for shipment Use basic hand tools, follow blueprint instructions, and maintain a safe, clean work area Requirements of the manufacturing finisher: ITAR Compliance required (Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) Mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on work ethic (Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required) Physical ability to stand for full shifts, work in a loud shop environment, and lift up to 40 lbs. Basic math, measurement, and computer skills with blueprint reading ability High School Diploma or GED equivalent
