Weekly About the Opportunity United Staffing Group, LLC is hiring Production / Masking Workers for a leading anodizing company in Blaine, MN . This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals interested in a career in manufacturing. Previous manufacturing or masking experience is preferred but not required . Training will be provided to qualified candidates. Job Responsibilities Mask metal parts according to work instructions, drawings, and customer specifications. Apply tape, plugs, caps, and other masking materials to designated areas. Inspect parts before and after masking to ensure accuracy and quality. Follow written work instructions, drawings, and production specifications. Meet daily production and quality requirements. Safely handle parts, tools, and masking materials. Identify and report quality issues, defects, or damaged parts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work effectively as part of a production team. Perform repetitive hand movements while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, masking, painting, powder coating, anodizing, or production experience is preferred but not required . Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and drawings. Ability to stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
