Manage the mixing of paints and specialized coatings to meet exact technical specifications and color requirements. Monitor and verify coating thickness and curing times to ensure compliance with quality control standards. Perform routine maintenance on spray guns and application tools to guarantee peak operational performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly adhering to environmental and safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial painting or a similar coating application role.
