Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finish Specialist to join our custom millwork team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish work for commercial grade components. Responsibilities Sanding / Routing Taping off parts Color mixing for stain matches Applying stain consistently Paint, sealer and top coat application via cup spray gun Product knowledge to determine the correct material per application Moving parts in and out of spray booth Cleaning and wrapping parts for shipping Quality control to ensure uncompromised finish on every part completed Cleaning and maintaining spray booth and spray guns Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely Knowledge of power tools Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
