Powder Coat Technician -
Previous powder coating experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates with manufacturing or production experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
ResponsibilitiesApply powder coat finishes to metal components.
Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, hanging, masking, and inspecting materials.
Ensure even, consistent powder coat coverage.
Inspect finished parts for quality and appearance.
Maintain powder coating equipment and a clean, organized work area.
Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
RequirementsManufacturing or production experience preferred.
Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to consistently work the 5:00 AM-1:30 PM schedule.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay of $17.00-$20.00/hour.
Eligible temp-to-hire employees receive a $1.00/hour attendance incentive after 30 days of employment.
