Sandblaster (Overnight)
ResponsibilitiesOperate high-pressure sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal components.
Remove rust, mill scale, weld slag, and other surface contaminants.
Prepare blasted parts for the powder coating process.
Inspect parts to ensure surfaces meet quality standards before coating.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
Maintain sandblasting equipment and keep the blast booth clean and organized.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsPrevious sandblasting, manufacturing, or industrial production experience preferred.
Experience operating hand and power tools is a plus.
Ability to work safely in a high-pressure sandblast environment while wearing required PPE.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay of $17.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience.$3.00/hour shift differential for overnight employees.
Eligible temp-to-hire employees receive a $1.00/hour attendance incentive after 30 days of employment.
